From JBR or Bluewaters Island you are looking at roughly eleven minutes by car to Swiss Tower, and about nine from Bluewaters, Cluster Y, in JLT. We are open until 01:00, which suits the way people use that part of the city.

The beach and Ain Dubai run on a different clock from the rest of Dubai. Nobody finishes at six. A spa that closes at ten is useless if your afternoon ran long on the sand and you ate at nine.
Getting across
From JBR the simplest route is the tram to Dubai Marina, then the Red Line one stop to DMCC, which leaves a short walk. Driving is usually faster: out through Al Sufouh Road or the Marina, then onto the service road to Cluster Y. Bluewaters adds the bridge crossing, so give it a few extra minutes on a weekend evening when the island is busy.
Parking is inside our tower, which beats circling JBR.
What people book after the beach
Sun and salt water change what feels good. The Moroccan bath with body treatment is a steam and scrub ritual, and after a day outdoors it does more for your skin than anything else on the list. Ninety minutes, AED 945. Here is what the session involves step by step.
If you are mostly tired rather than sun-worn, the full body spa at AED 525 for 60 minutes is the usual pick. The jacuzzi bath is AED 735 for 90.
One practical note: give yourself a gap after heavy sun exposure. A scrub on freshly burnt skin is not pleasant. Same day is fine if you were sensible with shade.
Bluewaters specifically
There is no day spa on the island itself at our price level, which is why the searches from there end up pointing inland. Coming off Ain Dubai or dinner at one of the island restaurants, you are under ten minutes from a table.
Nearby
Dubai Marina sits between you and us, and Palm Jumeirah is a similar distance on the other side. The JLT guide has the full list of treatments and hours.
