From the Palm you are about thirteen minutes from Swiss Tower, Cluster Y, in JLT, where sessions start at AED 525 and the Moroccan bath package is AED 945 for 90 minutes.

That distance exists for one reason. The spas on Palm Jumeirah are attached to resorts, and resort pricing covers the lobby, the beach club and the view as much as the treatment. If you live on the Palm rather than holiday there, paying resort rates every few weeks stops making sense quickly.
What the drive looks like
Down the trunk, onto Sheikh Zayed Road, off at the JLT exit, into Cluster Y. Thirteen minutes is realistic outside peak. Friday evening traffic coming off the Palm can add ten, so leave a cushion if your booking is tight.
The monorail plus metro route technically works but takes long enough that nobody does it. Drive, and park inside our tower.
The treatments people come for
The Moroccan bath with body treatment is the main one. Ninety minutes at AED 945, two hours at AED 1,155. Resort versions of the same ritual sit well above that. What actually happens during the session is worth reading first if you have only had the hotel version, because the pacing is different when the room is not also trying to sell you a membership.
If you are deciding between a hammam and a Moroccan bath, the difference is explained here.
The four hands session is the other one Palm residents book, usually because they are short on time and want two therapists working at once.
Honest comparison
The resorts win on setting. You will not get a sea view in Cluster Y, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What you get instead is the treatment at roughly half the price, a therapist who has done it four times that day rather than once, and a room that is free at 23:00 on a Tuesday.
For a special occasion, book the resort. For the sixth visit this year, the drive pays for itself.
Nearby areas
JBR and Bluewaters are on the same side of town. The JLT guide covers the whole treatment list, hours and how to find the building.
