JVC has filled up fast and the service businesses have not caught up. There are salons on most of the inner streets, but a proper spa with a full treatment list and a jacuzzi is a different thing, and for that most residents end up driving out of the circle.
The drive
Out through Al Khail Road or the Hessa Street side depending on where in the circle you live, then onto Sheikh Zayed and into JLT. Fifteen minutes is typical. The construction detours inside JVC change month to month, so trust your navigation over any fixed route.
Parking is inside our building, which is worth saying because street parking in JVC has made everyone pessimistic about it.
What to book
For a first visit, the full body spa at 60 minutes and AED 525 is the standard choice. The jacuzzi bath runs 90 minutes at AED 735 and is the one people pick when they want water rather than a table.

Couples and families
JVC guests book in pairs more than any other area we see. Two people can be treated at the same time, in adjoining rooms, but it needs a day of notice because it ties up two therapists. Say so when you message, not when you arrive.
Men can also book the separate gents area, which has its own rooms.

Weekday evenings after 19:00 are the busy stretch for residential districts like JVC. Afternoons are open and often take same-day bookings.
