Spa in JLT: what to book, what it costs, how to get here

Supreme Energy Spa sits in Swiss Tower, Cluster Y, in Jumeirah Lakes Towers. Sessions run from 60 to 120 minutes, prices start at AED 525, and the doors stay open from 11:00 in the morning until 01:00 at night. That last part matters more than it sounds: most places in the area close by ten, which is right when people who work in the towers are finally free.

JLT is a strange district for this kind of business. Thirty-odd towers packed around artificial lakes, half of them offices, half of them apartments, and a metro station (DMCC on the Red Line) that drops you two minutes from the door. You can walk here from most of the cluster. From the neighbouring districts it is a short drive, which is why a good share of our guests come from outside JLT entirely.

What you can book

The menu splits into two groups. Packages run longer and include water treatments. Individual sessions are shorter and focus on one technique.

The Moroccan bath with body treatment is the one people ask about most. Ninety minutes costs AED 945, the two-hour version AED 1,155. It is a steam and scrub ritual, not a quiet-room session, and it leaves your skin feeling different for days. If you have never had one, read what actually happens during a Moroccan bath before you book.

The jacuzzi bath runs 90 minutes at AED 735. The full body spa is 60 minutes at AED 525, which is the usual starting point for a first visit.

Individual sessions cover nine techniques: hot stone, four hands, deep tissue, Swedish, aromatherapy, hot oil, hot candle, lomi lomi and relaxation.

Picking one if you have no idea

Most first-timers overthink this. A rough guide:

If your shoulders and lower back are the problem, deep tissue. If you want to switch your brain off, relaxation or aromatherapy. If you are cold all the time in an over-air-conditioned office, hot stone. If you have a short window and want the most done in it, four hands, where two therapists work at once.

You can also just say what hurts when you message us, and we will pick. That is faster than reading nine descriptions.

Men's sessions

There is a separate gents area with its own therapists and its own rooms. Details are in the gents spa guide. The short version: same treatment list, same prices, separate space.

Getting here from nearby districts

Most of our guests are not from JLT. We wrote a short page for each of the surrounding areas with the actual route, parking notes and travel time:

Dubai Marina is the closest, roughly eleven minutes by car outside peak hours. JBR and Bluewaters are a similar distance. Discovery Gardens is quick along the Sheikh Zayed service road. JVC takes about fifteen minutes. Barsha Heights and Media City are a straight run down the highway. Palm Jumeirah is the longest of the group at roughly thirteen minutes, and the price gap with the resort spas there is wide enough that people make the drive.

Booking and hours

Open every day, 11:00 to 01:00. The simplest way to book is WhatsApp: send the date, the time you want and roughly what you are after. We reply with what is free. Phone works too, and the full address with a map sits on the contact page.

Late slots go first, especially Thursday and Friday. If you want 22:00 on a weekend, ask a day ahead. For anything after midnight, see late night spa options.
